Administrators and representatives of the government health care agencies, scientific and research institutions, universities, pharmacies; chief and senior specialists of clinical medicine base fields (anesthesiology, intensive care, gastroenterology, hematology, cardiology, neurology, oncology, pulmonology, therapy, rheumatology, urology, surgery, endocrinology), practicing doctors and representatives of medical insurance companies from Russian Federation regions attended the conference.
Co-chairmen of the Conference gave opening speech: professor Yanushevich Oleg Olegovich, president of the A.I. Evdokimov Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry and professor Novikov Georgiy Andreevich, president of the Russian national social movement “Medicine for the quality of life”, chairman of the board of Russian Association of palliative therapy.
On the plenary session “Current trends in the health care organization” following reports were presented:
“Role of bisphosphonates in improving quality of life for senior patients” – Konev Yuri Vladimirovich, doctor of medical science, professor of outpatient therapy department of general medicine faculty in the A.I. Evdokimov Moscow State University of Medicine and Dentistry, Moscow (emphasis was laid on significance of “multipurpose monotherapy” – when it is possible to achieve several clinical effects with the help of single pharmaceutical product, reliably abating risk of poly pharmacy – and well-proved role of REZORBA product (improved version of zolendronic acid in the form of lyophilisate with enclosed solvent, with guarantied high quality of the first Russian manufacturer and proved efficiency in therapy of the bone metastasis of solid tumors) in the solution of this problem.
“Current views on the neuroprotective therapy” – Domashenko Maksim Alekseevich, candidate f medical science, senior researcher in the department of cerebrovascular disorder of Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution “Neurology scientific center” (emphasis was laid on necessity for improvement of approaches to neuroprotection and neuroreparation in cerebrovascular diseases, reviewed various groups of pharmaceutical products used for solution of mentioned problems, including CELLEX drug – unique neuroprotector with neuroprotective action for patients with ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke).
